IPM Limited were appointed to project manage the redevelopment of an International lounge for Jersey Airport taking into account the following considerations:

• To provide a suitable facility to comply with the latest DfT requirements.

• To provide a flexible facility that meets the workflow process requirements for both departing and arriving, transit and transferring passengers.

• Using a phased approach, provide a facility which will progressively accommodate future requirements.

• To provide a facility which demonstrated value for money, whilst providing a quality functional environment.
